Tack-welder to be qualified if tack-weld incorporated with final welds
Tack-welder not need to be qualified if tack-weld is temporary attached (Exclude: Heavy lift eyes tack-welds, Thicker (>50mm) section or Special material such as Casting, Forging, Duplex ect., those are seriously affect by Heat).
